Over Dub Issues Beta
Ready to blow a gasket here. Can anyone tell me why my recording stops during over dub? It only will record the next track which is the same length as the first. This doesn't always happen on the first 2 tracks. It can happen at any time. I am presently doing a project with 8 tracks and the recording will always stop now where the last one ends. Can anyone help?
Re: Over Dub Issues Beta
If you have a "selection" (a track or part of a track selected), then recording will occur only up to the end of the selection.
A quick way to clear the selection is to click the "skip to start" (<<) button before you start recording (or press the "Home" key on your computer keyboard).

Re: Over Dub Issues Beta
Thanks so much!!! I will try this. I also have to get my latency issue fixed, but I know I have to fidget with it a bit. I tried a work around with the above issue and recorded a silent track of 10 minutes, it did help, I don't know why. I will be trying your solution right away, I have a voice over project audio book with music that I am doing now. Wish me luck!!!
Thanks
