What's Causing These Gaps In Sound?
When I try to change the tempo of a small chunk of sound, it creates a gap in the sound. I'll try to attach a screenshot to show what I mean. This has happened with other effects too, not just 'Change Tempo'.

You will find that happens with two effects: "Change Tempo" and "Change Pitch"
See the last paragraph in the Change Tempo section of the manual: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Change_Tempo
