Dear whoever that is reading this,
Please help! I have a music project due 2 days after and i need to open a zipped(compressed) audacity folder containing codes like "e0003010" or sth like that. So how do i open the zipped audacity folder? My friend sent me a folder which is compressed as to take up less space on yahoo mail. The folder is actually 170+MB but she compressed it into 5KB... So please help! Thank you in advance!

That's impossible. There is no way to compress 170 MB of audio data into 5 KB. You will need to contact your friend and ask them what they have done.
See here for a description of what an Audacity Project is:

Right-click over the zip and choose "Save target as" or "Save link as". Then use the built in Windows utility to unzip the .aup file and _data folder to a the same new folder or use
7 Zip to do the same. Then open the .aup file from the folder you unzipped to.
