I can't find gsnap vst in effect

I can't find gsnap vst in effect

I just install audacity beta (unicode) and vst plugin then i want to make autotune so i download gsnap and extract to plug-in folder but when i record voice, i can't find that gsnap in effect menu, somebody can figure this out what happend?
