...but the sound coming through my headphones wich is connected to my mixer is about half a second infront of my speaker sound .. which is connected to the computer.
...i need it to be the same in order to beat match .. from a track already recorded
Did I get that right?
In Audacity 1.3.13, you can control the latency -- or difference between recording and playback timing.
Edit > Preferences > Recording > Latency.
You can't control this in Audacity 1.2.

No need to double post. I merged both topics.
The problem you're experiencing is due to latency. Conversion from analog to digital and all the signal processing happening between the sound coming from your mixer, going to the usb device and into the computer takes time to happen, that's why you have that delay between what comes out from the mixer and what comes out of the computer.

Include as much details as you can in your post (Audacity version, Operating System, Equipment used, etc).
Please post your question in the appropriate forum (regarding audacity version and operating system).

Re: headphones out of sync with speakers!
Are you in Audacity 1.3.13? Help > About? None of this works in Audacity 1.2.

You're listening from two different sources, you're always going to have a delay.
What you can do is play with the latency parameter in the preferences to correct that in the recorded track, or you can use the time shift tool afterwards.
