Audacity Forum

I've previously used Audacity (i cant remember version) on a Desktop PC and always had an option to record 'Stereo Mix' available; however now with a new lappy running windows 7, the new Audacity 1.3.3 version doesnt have this option and i'm at a loss as to how i can record from Spotify, iMesh and others.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!
