Why doesn't it work to just tell Audacity where lame_enc.dll is located? Even if I have the correct version of dll file, it still nags me that it isn't correct version.
If I reinstall windows, and Audacity where installed on a separate partition (just for aplications) then I can use Audacity without going through the install procedure. But this isn't true for lame_enc.dll file.
Before windows was reinstalled, lame_enc.dll (working version) was located in Audacity/Lame directory. After I reinstall window, Audacity just keep telling this is a nonvalid version of lame_enc.dll. WTF
[edit]
I just installed the Lame 3.98.3, and it still doesn't work.
I got this errormessage:
