combined files, can't play buzz buzz buzz

Post by TheCatCoach » Sun May 29, 2011 1:42 am

Thank you before hand for answering my question.
I combined 2 files together, by importing them into audacity. They only would import as raw data, though their file extensions are .aup. After importing them in, I cut and pasted them, as outlined in the tutorial, together. I then select the play button to listen to the result, I hear a short buzz sound. It's as if everything is compressed. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!
Marilyn

AUP files are not sound files. See: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Audacity_Projects
