how to change to 32-bit float

How can I change the export quality to 32 bit float?

In the Export dialog http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/File_Export_Dialog choose "Other uncompressed files" in the "Save as type" dropdown, then click the "Options" button and choose the header and sample format you want.
