How can I export my audio to flash?? I want to do this, so less people can download and steal my audio I have on my site.

That's a money-based license similar to MP3. That and it's an animation program, not an audio compressor.

It used to be you could submit your work to YouTube and then download the file after YouTube got done encoding it. I don't know if that's Flash any more or whether you can still do that.

Search Google for "flash audio player".

Also export from Audacity as MP3 or AAC, 44100 Hz Project Rate otherwise the flash player may refuse the audio.

For MP3 export you need LAME.

For AAC export you need FFmpeg.
