I am using Audacity ® 1.3.13-beta (Unicode)
I am having trouble editing, that I am sure is an easy fix that I am just missing.
Audacity is making me edit in full second sections. I unable to edit small little sections. Is there something I need to set up?
Please advise and thank you in advance

Look at the bottom of the work window and make sure "Snap To" is not selected.

It was checked and once I removed it, everything appears perfect. Not even sure what the ""Snap to" means.
