Re-pitch a song?

Hi. I'm brand new. This question may have been addressed.

Can I re-pitch a song with Audacity to better match it to a singer's range?

The change pitch effect can start to sound a bit "wobbly" if you change the pitch too far.
The change speed effect changes the tempo and the pitch.
