How to cut to soundtrack ..

Hi ,

I am new with this sofrware, Please help.

First, I just want to hi and thank you for all of your hard work.
second, Please help me how to cut the two same soundtrack in same leght? before I can do it easyly but since I Update to windows 7 and reinstal the Audacity ver 1.3.13 beta...it wont let me hightlight the track for aligment both track start at the same time.

please forgive me if I make any mistake here

Use the time shift tool (click on the icon with two arrows point opposite sides or press F5) then click and drag the track to the desired position. If all tracks move simultaneous you might have the Sync-lock feature turned on... (you can disable it from the track menu or clicking on the "clock" icon in the toolbar).

Does this solve your problem?
Include as much details as you can in your post (Audacity version, Operating System, Equipment used, etc).
Please post your question in the appropriate forum (regarding audacity version and operating system).
