It will be very hard to do that. I would assume the siren is not really that loud compared to your voice and that your best chance would probably be Noise Removal. *If* you recorded in stereo and the siren happens to be in one channel more than the other, then you can click in the track name > Split Stereo Track and de-amplify the track that has the siren, or possibly just close it and make the remaining channel mono (using the same menu as you did to "Split Stereo Track").
