It will be very hard to do that. I would assume the siren is not really that loud compared to your voice and that your best chance would probably be Noise Removal. Don't be surprised if it doesn't help much because the noise is not likely to be constant.

*If* you recorded in stereo and the siren happens to be in one channel more than the other, then you can click in the track name > Split Stereo Track and de-amplify the track that has the siren, or possibly just close it and make the remaining channel mono (using the same menu as you did to "Split Stereo Track").
