Cannot connect to signal source

Windows 7 64 bit. Have just downloaded the latest version, 1.3.13. Cannot get it to connect, Stream is active - unable to gather information, message. I am sure I have fixed this previously
but can't do so this time. Help would be appreciated, Feilder.

I'm guessing that you want to record "streaming audio" from the Internet?

Thanks Steve, Found the Level Control in Stereo Mix had reset to zero when thw new version was installed. Finally got there are after checking everything else in
Mixer Toolbar Issues. Like the new layout and performance. Thanks again. Feilder
