Can't Install Audacity 1.3.13

Yes the file version numbers are correct for that installer.

So Roddy you get the same error dialogue when launching the modified 1.3.13 for a second time as you do when completing the regular installer for 1.3.13 (irrespective of whether you set the installer to launch Audacity or not)?

Are there any other instances of "msvcp90.dll", "msvcr90.dll", "msvcm90.dll" or "Microsoft.VC90.CRT.manifest" on this computer?

Any other .dll files in the Audacity installation folder?

Any other instances of Audacity on the computer (installed or otherwise)?

What happens if you replace "msvcp90.dll", "msvcr90.dll" and "Microsoft.VC90.CRT.manifest" in the 1.3.13 installation folder with those in the 1.3.12 installation folder?

What happens if you uninstall any versions of 1.3.13, extract http://audacity.googlecode.com/files/au ... 1.3.13.zip and just run audacity.exe from the folder you extracted to (thereby not installing Audacity at all)?
