Help! tracks playing simultaneously

Help! tracks playing simultaneously

I don't know how it happened but I have 4 lengthy tracks of music and they are all playing simultaneously. I tried using the time line arrow and it is taking forever. there must be an easier way? I must have clicked on something in error. Made several recordings without problems.

If you have four tracks one above the other, they will play at the same time unless you prevent them. The Solo and Mute buttons on the left do this.

Solo kills all other tracks (you can select more than one).

Mute kills that track.
