Ok il test it in a few hours, I've got a few stuff I need to do first. Im on windows 7, and I'm set as administrator when running it I checked that first

EDIT: Drivers are Realteks latest drivers, I have been switching between the windows drivers and realtek ones on the menu but its not making any difference.

It is significant that "occasionally it will let me record a second line".
That tells us that your set-up is basically correct, but recording is (usually) stalling. What we need to try and do is to get your computer running a bit more efficiently to allow you to record more than one track. I know that the Atom processors don't have the same performance as the bigger Pentium/AMD processors, but I've never used one so I don't really know how much performance we can expect to get.

In "Edit menu > Preferences > Devices" there will be two options for "Host". "MME" and "Direct Sound". Depending on which Host you are using, the "Device" options will change. Try testing with both MME and Direct Sound and see if one performs better/more smoothly that the other. I'll have a look on Google and see if I can find any tips on optimising this type of machine for audio.

One thing that comes to mind immediately is, don't run on batteries when recording and check that the power management features are set to maximum performance.
Also, can you try setting up the sound so that playback is through headphones plugged into the computer rather than through the USB speakers.
