Preferences tabs missing 1.3.12 beta
Tutorial for Windows 1.3.12 beta advised to select Preferences from Edit and choose tab. There are no tabs. Seems to be mismatch with tutorial.

Oops that may have been me yesterday - good catch frederico. 
Assuming that you mean this tutorial: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Auda ... ty_Project
then I have made a correction (changing "tab" to "section").
If it was another tutorial please let us know.
