Can only select in second intervals?

Can only select in second intervals?

I feel a bit stupid for asking this, since it's probably something easy to fix, but I can't figure it out. Plain and simple, for some reason I can only select in one second intervals on my 1.3 Beta. It's really annoying, because just a few weeks ago I could select whatever I wanted. I might have pressed a button - the change happened when I was syncing various sound tracks and my computer was running slow. Any solutions so I don't have to go through uninstalling and reinstalling?

At the bottom of your work window, do you have "Snap To" selected? Deselect it. You may need to restart Audacity.
