Copy shortcut for part of long recording?

Post by 7DeadlySins » Tue Mar 08, 2011 1:38 am

Recorded 2 sides (Side 1 and Side 2 of home cassette tape into Audacity). Should have taped side 2 (two) 1st. Is there an easy way to cut and paste 45 minutes of taped recording? Click and dragging 45 minutes of recording not my idea of fun. Thanks in advance.

See http://audacityteam.org/help/faq?s=editing&i=join. You can see the current shortcuts in the Edit > Copy and Edit > Paste menus (normally CTRL + C and CTRL + V respectively).
