Check the other tabs. In particular the "Levels" and "Enhancements" tabs.
The Level must be turned up and all enhancements should normally be turned off.
I'm not sure what's supposed to be in the other tabs, but have a look and if you see anything that looks odd, mention it.

this is what ive got except my mic is ok but my stereo mix isn't

did you find out how to solve your problem?
