Would like to use Improved Noise Removal searched the forum for experience using it and found ignatz » Mon Sep 13, 2010 4:41 am posting:
"I just saw this quote by Stevethefiddle in a nearby thread on NR: "The Attack/Decay setting in Audacity 1.3.12 does not work - it doesn't do anything." Apparently this has been corrected in 1.3.13, which I have not yet tried. I guess NR has a "sensitivity" setting in 1.3.13---which can help slightly in certain circumstances.

Have not found anything more recent.
Does everything work with Improved Noise Removal in 1.3.13?
Thanks

Re: Improved Noise Removal ver 1.3.13 Alpha Experience?
Almost everything works in the new Noise Removal in Audacity 1.3.13 (alpha).
Functionally it works.
The bit that doesn't work quite correctly is that it should be possible to move the sliders using the keyboard cursor keys, or if you have a wheel mouse, with the mouse wheel. On some platforms, some of the sliders do not respond correctly to the keyboard cursor keys or mouse wheel.
This does not affect moving the sliders with the mouse in the normal way, or changing the settings by typing in values into the text boxes.
