What can I do to change my files from being so noisy

I am transferring them from Audacity files to MP3 files

If it is the conversion to MP3 which is adding noise, (compression artifacts ?), you could try increasing the bitrate when you save as mp3 ... http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 22#p107422
