How to record Google translation audio on laptop

I need help in recording the voice pronunciation of a Google translation making a CD of it - using a laptop with windows 7.
The method is the same as for recording other sounds that are playing on the computer.
Ideally you would make a "Stereo Mix" recording.
Unfortunately "Stereo Mix" is often not available on Windows 7, in which case you would need to use a workaround.
