wav files not going to Music Library

Songs can be recorded but they will not show in library and can not move them. if pulled from data files they can One file at a time be sent to burner but they will not go to meda player library. Some did go but they had no time tag so burner would not burn. Trying to convert my cassets and L P 's to cd???????? will this program do this or should i look for dif one ?

Audacity will not Save a music file. If you want a music file of your show, you must tell Audacity to Export one.

File > Export > WAV ... 16 bit.

yes that is what it has been set to do' but they are not going to library. they can be found if you go to folders

Part of the Export dialog is a window where you can tell the system where to put the file.
As a desperation move, can you drag the files into the Library?

no will not let me add to library have vista (it sucks miss my xp) home prem with lots of muther board memory (add 4gig)
