Popping noise when exporting as WAV

Hey all, this is my first post so go easy on me!
Recently I've been recording some small acoustic projects, only consisting of 3 tracks. I've been really happy with how they've turned out. Today, I tried converting them from audacity project files into WAV files, so I can send them off and put them on CDs. When I finished exporting, I added the song to iTunes, and pressed play. The recording was good, but there were annoying popping noises throughout the song at random spots. Confused, I went back and checked over the tracks on Audacity. All the levels are balanced and there was never any clipping or anything. The song plays fine in Audacity. I tried exporting again, but there were still popping noises, but in different places. Discouraged, I went on to try 32 bit, as previously I had used 16 bit. It made no difference. Please help me figure this out, because I really want to get my music out to other people!
I suppose it's worth mentioning my setup-
Asus N53 laptop with i7
Audacity Beta 1.3.12
I know the problem isn't with my recording gear, as the problem occurs during the exporting of the files, i assume. I am 99% sure there isn't any popping or white noise in the recording, I even zoomed in and looked for any anomalies in the waves, but there were none. The weird thing is that the popping occurs in different places every time I export it. Should I try exporting as WAV 64 bit? I don't see how that would make a difference....... Thanks in advance, and I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong place. I am new here, so I don't know all the ropes yet.
