Of course. That's how you're expected to do it. You don't need a Music CD Authoring Program with a Mac.

Create a new Playlist. Drag your music to the list (WAV, AIFF, AAC, Any Combination), arrange it as needed and burn.

The burn dialog moves around. It used to be in the lower right, now it's part of a pull-down dialog.
