I knew to import another music track and record my vocal track simultaneously.

However during recording, I cannot hear my vocal from speakers.

is it possible to hear my vocal track while recording ?

If you Import an audio file and press Play, can you hear it?
If you can, then look at the bottom of the "Transport" menu and ensure that "Overdub" is selected.
"Software Playthrough" should NOT be selected.

I cannot hear my vocal from speakers.

If you're recording your vocal, you shouldn't hear it from the speakers. That causes problems. Wear headphones or earbuds.
