Hi,

using a USB Turntable and AUDACITY 1.2.6 as supplied with it and can record and playback no problem in Audacity but when I export to MP3 it saves the file ok, asks for the Artist etc and seems to save the correct length file. I then playback MP3, it lasts the right lenght of time but no sound.

Uninstalled 1.2.6 and installed Beta version from Web and same problem.
Pretty sure I've downloaded Lame ok.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong ?

In what? Windows Media? Can you play the file in Audacity? Does it work if you Export a WAV (as an experiment)?

Its ok I've sorted it, I think Audacity was chaning my default output and when I changed it to speakers in control panel its fine now
