I just finished using Audacity. Anyone here who knows how to make a song play every time the computer starts loading the desktop? I have Windows Vista so the
start - control panel - sounds and audio devices - click on Sounds tabs ... select program events : "start windows" and browse for that song
this doesn't work because I have Vista- it doesn't have those options.
Thanks

Re: How to play a song...
Find the Windows Startup wave, and rename it as a backup file. Put your song in the same folder as the startup wave and rename it to whatever the start up wave was called. You will probly need an admin account to do this, and the format of your song will probably have to be the same as the original start up wave.

hey, thanks it works, looks like it can't play an entire song cause it's too long but I don't even want to do that.
