After I purchased a new computer with Windows 7 I downloaded the Beta version of Audacity. It works fine when I record tracks from an external source using the external line input. But when I use my Numark TTUSB turntable with a USB connection the sound is so garbled that I won't be able to record it. What I am I doing wrong or is there a configuration fix for this problem?

Audacity 1.3.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.
The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

Re: Garbled Sound
Problem solved. Numark has a new driver on their website for Windows 7 called 'EZ Converter'. It is more complicated and requires that itunes be installed on my computer. I did all that and now everything works just fine.
