Track Separation

I am looking for information. I would like to create a music project that will be 55 minutes in length. When I play back the track, I want a tone that tells Audacity that a new track has begun. I want the disc player to distinguish the tracks.

For example, my project is 55 minutes long, and I want it separated into 10 tracks. Instead of recording 1 whole 55 minute track, I want 10 tracks like an album so I can go forward to the next track.
