Running on Vista x64, I extracted two plug-ins to Audacity's Plug-ins folder (specifically "harmonicnoise.ny" and "risset.ny"). Then I rebooted my system. Neither of the two plug-ins appear in Audacity's Effects list. I had no problems installing plug-ins in the previous version. I have Audacity installed in the default location: C:Program Files (x86)AudacityPlug-ins. Does the beta v1.3.12 (Unicode) support plugins, or is there a bug that needs to be fixed?

They are both "Generate" type plug-ins.
Look in the Generate menu in Audacity and they should be listed there.
