I'm making a podcast and am trying to export my project as an 80k mono mp3. My current project has stereo mp3 files in it. When I try to mix them to mono using the Sereo to Mono feature it appears that the track was mixed properly, but when I hit play to review it the program crashes.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there anyway I can just make the entire project using the stereo files and rip the entire thing as mono at the end, or do I have to do it track by track?
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I searched around a bit and didn't find anything.

No - it's a bug. Very few bugs remain in 1.3.4, but that one does.curlyarm wrote:Am I doing something wrong?
Do your project in stereo as you suggested, then at the end mix it down to a stereo file.
You now have one long stereo file.
Amplify the track to a peak of -6 dB (minus six)
Click on the little down pointing arrow next to the track name and select "Split Stereo Track"
On one of the tracks, click on the little arrow and select "Mono", then repeat for the other track.
Select both tracks and mix down again - you will now have a mono track ready for Export.
