I recorded an audio session in Audacity. It was 30 minutes long. I split the track to insert a section of audio in between. I accidentally deleted the second half of the split track. Is there a way to get it back?

If you have closed the project and saved changes, the answer is No. If you have not closed the project, you can Undo as many times as necessary to get the clip back.
