Start Playback While Recording?

I enjoy watching sports on TV while listening to the local radio announcers. Usually the TV is ahead of the radio and I can pause my DVR to let the radio "catch up" to the TV and I can get the TV and radio in sync. But sometimes the radio is ahead of the TV and I am not able to pause the radio to let the TV catch up. I have a radio plugged into the Line In port in my PC so I can record radio audio using Audacity. What I want to do is this. Start recording the radio audio and then, while still recording, go back to the beginning of the track and start listening. But when I try to jump back to the beginning, the track stops recording. Is there anyway to listen to an earlier part of the recording while the track continues to record?
