Exporting WAV's 16/24/32 bit?

Hi,
I have some audacity projects, and i want to export the track in the highest quality possible.
on the left side says that they're 44100Hz and 16-bit PCM
So, on exporting i choosed WAB, but what bit rate? 16-bit PCM.
But is there any difference if i export them in 24 or 32bit (even if the files are 16-bit)? - besides being bigger, of course.
Thanks

I'm a little confused by that statement - by default Audacity works in 32 bit (and that format is displayed beneath the track name on the left side of the track.
If the Audacity tracks are 32 bit, then exporting as 32 bit is the highest possible quality.
To export as 32 bit, select "other uncompressed files" in the Export Dialogue screen, then click the "Options" button and select "WAV" and "32 bit".
Note that on Windows quite a few audio programs are not compatible with this format.

I mean this,
I know i can export it in 32bit WAV, but the 'files' are in 16-bit (see image). My question is: Would i benefit something if i save in 32bit?
Or for the fact that they're 16-bit,
wouldn't make any difference saving 16 or 32 bit (in terms of quality of sound).
Thanks

Nevermind, i created 3 Wavs, 1 16 bit, other 24 and 32bit.
I compared them, and the upscalled sound weird (where it clips), so, i'll use the 16-bit (original files bitrate)
