Audacity 1.3.12 will not download

HI All,
I am new to this forum even though I have been using Audacity for years, but have upgraded my computer to Windows 7 Home Premium and have installed a Audacity 1.3 Beta but cannot get Audacity the latest version to start downloading from any of the sites, the link goes black and nothing happens.
So far I have not found anywhere that it will allow me to download it from.
