The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

You may not be able to export a WAV of the show. Something that long will create a WAV over 5GB and I believe the limit is either 2GB or 4GB.

Long performances -- essentially surveillance recordings -- are magic. You run into many computer limitations and nasty surprises.

The maximum size for a WAV file is 4 GB. The 2 GB limit is imposed by some (usually older) computers.
My recommendation would be to export the recording in chunks of no more than an hour (~600 MB for 16 bit 44100 stereo WAV).
Select ~1 hour. File menu > Export Selection.
