Channels going in and out
When recording using Audacity, I notice when playing back a song, during random points a pop will occur and one channel goes out. This only lasts a second or two and happens once per song (if at all). Upon listening to the affected songs (on the LP album that I was recording), the audio was fine. Any idea what is causing this?

If you play that portion of the song again and again, does the pop happen in the same place -- at the same note?
If you drag-select and magnify (Control-E) the blue waves around the place of the pop, is there is missing piece in the waves?

Yes - it is at the same spot. Note that this is only happening after I export the song; no problems are visible or audible before the export. Attached is a shot of what it looks like when I open an affected file.
When I export, I am saving as signed 32-bit pcm WAV @44.100 kHz.
