basically i want to time stretch podcasts/audiobooks i download.
to batch profess i have audacity change tempo and then export to mp3 in the "chain" batch process.
the problem seems to be it doesn't delete any temporary files between each mp3 it processes. i left it working for a while on a few hours of mp3s. the temp directory grew to over 20GB! plus it was much slower than one would expect for the process. very slow actually.
anyone know whats going on? oh yea the mp3 options are rather limited/hard to get to it seems in this beta.
Audacity chained tempo change for podcasts = giant temp file
