When I try to open Audacity it pops up a window saying: audacity.exe - entry point not found The Procedure entry piont ISTHREADDESKTOPComposited could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll.
This problem sucks and I really don't feel like paying for a program or some crud to get rid of it. Does anyone know what this means?

Re: Entry Point not Found
I would assume you are on WIndows XP. Delete DWMAPI.DLL which is the cause of the problem. It's a Windows file for later versions of Windows, so you don't need it on XP. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969155 for more details.XXDarkShadow79XX wrote:When I try to open Audacity it pops up a window saying: audacity.exe - entry point not found The Procedure entry piont ISTHREADDESKTOPComposited could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll.
