Does audacity take in video?

Does audacity take in video?

Does audacity have the ability to match audio and video together? If not, what beginner's software would?

Audacity only handles audio files. If you're using Windows XP then the free bundled app Windows Movie Maker is a good tool for combining audio and video files.
