HoTo keep last Export Selection remembered ?

Post by darius2 » Sat Jul 03, 2010 11:28 am

Hi,

I generate tones, DTMF codes using Generator in Audacity 1.3 for Windows
and select generated audio files to one location, one directory.

Is there any chance to set Audacity to keep last Export Selection directory remembered
as today, default Export Selection directory is
Audacity / modules.

I don't want to change default settings for Export Selection.
Just need Audacity to keep last Export Selection directory remembered, if possible.

That should happen automatically as long as Audacity closes normally and does not crash.

Thanks.

So to set up another default for directory as export location - preferences /submenu
and how to disable
EDIT Metadata edit form
as I don't edit metadata at all.

Just generate noise, sine wave, dtmf, save to test directory
and play by Asterisk as MOH to learn what type of sound distorsion is generated by Asterisk playing audio to a sound card via Celliax audio channel.

Just select the required directory once and Audacity should remember it and use the same folder next time.

There is a check-box in:
Edit menu > Preferences > Import/Export tab

Thanks.
Audacity 1.3 is really an excellent app.

What about DTMF decoder or speach recognition modules in next editions ?
