I am totally new to this but am trying to figure it out. I bought an Olympus WS 400S digital recorder and need to do CDs of things I record. I am using Windows VISTA and can't figure out what to do to get those WMP files into Audacity. I do NOT know the "language" of any of this, so I'm really lost. When I burn a CD in Windows Media Player, supposedly it is in format to play on a CD player, but it is not recognized as being there (no tracks). I have very little time to spend on this but really need to get it working.
Thanks for any help to a total newby ignoramus!

Try using CDBurnerXP (it's free) to burn your audio CDs.
