Keyboard shortcuts ans translation problems

I think I found a bug in the translation of audacity.
I use Audacity 1.3.4 in Portuguese. Some of the keyboard shortcuts don't work for me (the arrow keys, for example).
Then I tried to change the key bindings for the shortcuts that wasn't working. In the "Seek right short period during playback", the key combination was "Seta para a direita", that means "Right arrow" in english. I cleared it and pressed the right arrow in the field, and it wrote "Right" (in english, with the language set to portuguese). Then the shortcut worked again! It seems that audacity 1.3 relies in the name of the key combination ( the name in english ), so when the names are translated the shortcuts simply do not work.
Workaround: change the language to English, and everything works fine again..
