Audacity won't record entire tape

I am trying to recording casette tapes to my computer. These are not music tapes, but tapes of people speaking only. Each tape is about an hour long, but Audacity will only record anywhere from 41 to 51 minutues and then suddenly stops. Do I have some setting that is wrong. I am recording from a machine by Grace called Tape2USB.
