Keeping sound quality in the move to mp3
When I export my audio as an mp3, the sound is really distorted. It sounds like everything was clipped, though the sound levels were fine during recording. I understand that some audio quality is lost in the move to mp3, but this seems excessive. I need it in mp3 format, but I (obviously) need good sound quality. Any tips?

As a first step, Increase the MP3 bit rate by clicking the Options button in the Export File window. Make sure you really don't have clipping because you mixed two tracks together or applied gain in the Track Panel.bfwhcpres wrote:When I export my audio as an mp3, the sound is really distorted.
