problem exporting as WMA in 1.3.7

When I export as WMA in 1.3.7, it only lets me export variable bitrate files, and it really messes with the sound quality on my files. There's no option to change this, so I've been stuck with only being able to export as MP3, when I want to export in both formats. What I want is a WMA file with a constant bitrate of 192 KBPS, but I'm not getting it. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

WMA export in Audacity is provided by FFMpeg. The available options are determined by what FFMpeg can do. If you need options that are not available with FFMpeg, export as WAV then use Microsoft's WMA encoder.
